To ship to a PO box customers need to call in (800-543-1702) and place the order (online orders do NOT ship to PO boxes).
*Delivery Guarantee:* While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. Due to the fact that some of our products are perishable, refunds and replacements will not be issued for products delivered to incorrect addresses unless it is because of our error.
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), unless same-day shipping is selected. If you wish to place an overnight delivery, the order must be received by 10 a.m. We hand-pack our products when they are ordered to ensure freshness. Large orders or custom orders may take longer than 24 hours to ship. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Next Day - If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States, your item should arrive on the next business day.
Second Day - If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States,
your item should arrive on the second business day.
Third Day - If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States, your
item should arrive on third business day.

Changes in Shipping Information
If an error is made in the shipping address after the order has been placed or the shipping address needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not been shipped, we will gladly make the necessary changes.
If the Courier Company has already picked up the gift, we will need to contact them to reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $25.00 will be charged to your credit card for this error.
You are responsible for providing the accurate and complete shipping address, including the Gift Recipients Name, street number and street name, floor, suite, or apartment number, if applicable, and zip code.
If I place an order, when will it actually be shipped?
Orders will usually ship within 24 hours (holidays and weekends not included). If you wish to place an overnight delivery, the order must be received by 10 a.m.
If I order a few different products, will they all come in one box?
Not necessarily as some of our products come from different quality gift basket designers that we utilize. These designers enable us to offer you a wonderful array of gifts for your choosing. This may also mean that your gifts may not arrive on the same day.
Can I order a basket today and have it shipped a week from now?
Yes you can. When ordering your baskets just place the date in which you would like them to ship in the shipping instructions area and we will hold your order until that date. This makes gift giving easier.
We reserve the right to substitute for basket items an item of equal or greater value if necessary to ensure prompt delivery of your order.
Due to the heat in the summer months, some chocolates and other heat sensitive ingredients will be replaced by more hearty selections. If we decide to substitute an ingredient we will always try to replace it with one similar in nature that has an equal or higher value.
Heat Sensitive Products
Chocolates are shipped year round. We require that you select Second Day or Overnight during warm weather (May 1st through September 30th). If your product arrives melted and you had selected Second Day or Overnight shipping we will gladly send a replacement. If you select any other shipping method it will be at your own risk. Chocolates are sent out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We will ship on Thursday for Overnight orders.
We will not ship chocolates on Fridays. We want to keep from having product sitting in storage facilities or delivery trucks during the weekends. The ice packs that we use last only 24 hours.
During extreme heat, wine shipments are subject to delayed shipping until weather permits acceptable shipping conditions.
NOTE: SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS APPLY. LIKE MOST FAMILY WINERIES, OUR PERMIT ONLY ALLOWS US TO SELL WINE TO AK, CA, FL (EXCLUDING LAFAYETTE, LIBERTY AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES), MN & DC. WINES MAY BE DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD.
